The property was amazing, spacious, and clean. The location was convenient, just 5 minutes from the Bay and 10 minute walk to PB. Saltair and team was very communicative and accommodating for our family of five and two dogs. We will definitely be visiting again! We had a wonderful time.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Hillside Hideaway! This was our first time in San Diego and we truly couldn’t have picked a better place. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook any meal you want. The space was comfortable, inviting, and felt like a perfect home away from home. The location is fantastic, but the views are what really take this place to the next level, completely breathtaking! The outdoor patio was such a highlight and an amazing spot to hang out, relax, and soak it all in. We had the best time and couldn’t recommend Hillside Hideaway enough. An unforgettable stay, we would absolutely come back!

We loved our stay here. Home was very nice, well kept and updated. Rooftop area was a great place to hangout when dry. Hottub was well taken care of. Beds were comfortable. Lots of beach gear in garage to use such as beach chairs, surf boards, boogie board, soft cooler, football, etc. Andrea was a great host and very quick in responses. Location was great. Couple of nice little restaurants only a block or two away. Short drive to most beaches and attractions. Grocery and convenience stores nearby. Easy access to highway. …

One of the best places that we've stayed at! It was so incredibly clean and fresh. We stayed here as a family total of 5 and the space was perfect. If you are worried about the steep road,don't be- there was plenty of street parking all weekend long!! Andrea was so accommodating and communicated everything we needed to know before we even asked! We had the best time!!!!

Andrea was quick to answer any questions, she was so thoughtful and accommodating. We knew we’d need a crockpot during our stay and she went and bought one and had it in the rental immediately so that it would be there upon check in. She left a card and presents for the special occasion we were celebrating. Can’t say enough about Andrea - she’s white glove service. House was wonderful, quiet, clean and the view from the back patio was amazing. The steep street took some getting used to, but turned out fine. The beds are firm, so if you like a firm mattress you’re all set. The soap and shampoo are wonderful. Nice touches throughout this home. Would stay here again. Thank you Andrea for everything.

Andrea and Katrin’s home is absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room and near the beach and and bay. Super clean and beautiful area to walk. Grocery stores are close and a lot of good restaurants. They were very attentive if we needed anything extra. Beautiful friendly neighbor and close to everything! Would absolutely stay at any of their proprieties again! Thank you so much for hosting us!

The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well taken care of and check-in and check-out were both easy and straightforward. Andrea and Katrin were great hosts and communicated everything clearly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the San Diego area. Loved this Airbnb so much ! The rooms are comfortable, beautifully decorated and clean , the house was so nice for our group of 8 , we enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and cooler and the back yard was so nice to relax in the evenings! Highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to San Diego !
