Nicely decorated unit with many amenities for our two month stay. Great layout which made the house feel spacious with a large amount of storage space. Host was responsive and communicative. Would absolutely stay here again.
Location- Apartment is in a very nice and safe neighborhood with a variety of restaurants in walking distance. We loved being able to walk out the door over to Balboa Park. Short drive to grocery stores, gym, and downtown. I enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning.
Bedroom- comfy bed and spacious room
Gym, Pool & Parking- Loved having access to these amenities and the dedicated parking spot in the garage.
Kitchen & bathroom- Easy kitchen to cook in. Variety of appliances, dishes, wine glasses, plasticware for the pool, food storage containers (which many airbnb places don't have). Shower got hot fast with great water pressure. There was every kind of cleaning supply and backup supplies for everything. We didn't need to request anything from the hosts.

Our stay at Andrea’s was excellent. The place was spotless, the kitchen is completely stocked with any thing that we needed to cook for a full month’s stay. The appliances were all in great shape. The area is very walkable with Balboa park a 10 minute walk away. There are lots of really good restaurants a short walk away as well. We highly recommend this listing!

Die Wohnung entsprach komplett der Beschreibung und den Fotos, war sehr sauber und alles reichlich vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Tolle Umgebung und ein super Ausgangspunkt um die City von San Diego zu erkunden. Sehr schön ist die Lage zum Balboa Park, der nur einen Block entfernt ist, aber auch der Bauernmarkt in Little Italy, Restaurants, Cafés und Lebensmittelmärkte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Really great stay! The unit is very pleasant, well stocked with everything one might need. Great vibes with the private patio giving a feeling of being in an urban cottage. Andrea was very welcoming and very adaptable.

I can't say enough great things about Jame's place. First and foremost the location is one of the best spots in San Diego in a very modern building with every amenity imaginable. Bankers Hill feels very safe and pedestrian friendly. Almost everywhere you want to go in San Diego is a 15 minute drive or less - La Jolla to Coronado. I walked to the Little Italy Farmer's market every Sat morning. The building itself has a Starbucks, a great local restaurant/bar called the Corner Drafthouse, Pool, Hot Tub, fully equipped gym, pool table, business center with printers and 2 large gathering rooms. I loved being able to walk to Balboa Park which is a block away.
James went out of this way to stock his place with everything I needed for my long term stay. I didn't ever have to buy any essentials like toilet paper, detergent, etc. That was a very nice touch. The place itself is very new, recently redesigned and very cozy. James always responded quickly to any questions I had.

Work has me on the go for more then half the year. I was blessed to find this location for my 7 month stay. I'm a runner and enjoyed my morning runs in Balboa park and the surround Hillcrest, Mission Hills, Bankers Hill areas. The apartment was clean, organized, clutter free with comfortable furniture throughout. The kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil you could need. Jim provided cleaning supplies and toiletries. I felt safe and secure in the building. The building was quiet and comfortable. I frequently used the business center and pool room. Jim kept me informed of any upcoming repairs to the building or the surrounding areas. He provided me with many suggestions for restaurants, stores, and sites to see during my stay and provided me running routes to use. I can't thank him enough for providing such a beautiful place to stay and I surely will book this location again (if available) during my next trip to San Diego.
